Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

• USA: 3–7 business days (after processing)

• Canada: 5–12 business days (after processing)

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight/location.

We do not currently offer free shipping by default unless stated in a promotion.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please double-check your shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll help where possible.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Delivery times vary by location and may be delayed by customs.

Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple shipments to get it to you faster—no extra charge.
